Mother Substantially Successful in Parenting, Decision-Making and Support Trial
Johanna M. Stein represented the respondent mother in a trial involving parenting time, significant parenting decisions, child support, property issues, and wedding jewellery. The trial was heard on August 15–19 and September 6–9, 2016. The Court continued the existing parenting schedule, gave the mother final decision-making authority if the parties could not agree, ordered child support and retroactive child support, awarded the mother U.S. $10,000 for the Washington property issue, and allowed her to keep the wedding jewellery. The Court found the mother substantially successful and entitled to costs.
