$317,000 Judgment in Police Assault and Negligence Trial

Thomas Harding acted for the plaintiff in a trial involving allegations of police assault and negligence. The judgment held the Province accountable in a civil claim arising from police conduct.

The case is a reminder that government defendants can be held accountable when the evidence supports the claim.
